Sell through ULIGHT
We open the hokasu.com storefront to manufacturers and distributors of lighting equipment. The terms are strict: the buyer receives exactly what was shown on the site — in stock and on time.
We do not work without this
Five conditions we check before the contract. If even one is not met, we do not start working together.
We do not accept suppliers without online stock. Stock levels live in your sheet and are updated at least once a day.
The supplier has its own delivery within Moscow: the order reaches our warehouse or the buyer with no intermediaries.
You are the manufacturer, an official distributor or the brand owner. Counterfeit goods end the partnership immediately.
A universal transfer document for every delivery, EAEU certificates or declarations on request. The purchase price includes VAT.
The whole range in one sheet in our format: a unique article number, photographs, specifications, RRP and purchase price.
How it works
No personal accounts and no uploads: you work in the familiar Google Sheets, and the site collects them itself.
- Application
You write to sale@ulight.ru: company and INN, brands, range, where to see your stock.
- Check and contract
We check the documents and the goods, then sign a supply contract.
- Sheets
We create a folder for you on Google Drive with the “Products” and “Stock” sheets.
- Row checking
The site checks every row; the outcome appears in the “Result” column of your sheet.
- Sales
An order for your product — you ship on time, payments follow the contract.
Terms of partnership
The essential terms in brief. The full text is in the supply contract; in case of discrepancy the contract prevails.
1. Product listing
- Goods are listed only through ULIGHT sheets. The supplier is responsible for the accuracy of names, specifications, photographs, prices and stock.
- The article number is unique and does not change after the first export.
- Photographs are the supplier's own or used with permission. The supplier allows ULIGHT to use them on the site and in advertising.
- ULIGHT may edit a product card, refuse publication or remove a product from the storefront without explanation.
2. Prices
- The supplier states the RRP and the purchase price including VAT per unit of measure.
- The purchase price is fixed when the order is confirmed and does not change until it is fulfilled.
- The supplier observes its own RRP: the retail price of the goods in other channels is no lower.
3. Availability and stock
- We work only with suppliers that have online stock. Stock is updated at least once a day.
- Stock that has not been updated for more than a day is treated as invalid: the goods are withdrawn from sale until it is updated.
- An order accepted against the stock in the sheet must be fulfilled by the supplier. Refusal because the goods are unavailable is a breach of these terms.
4. Delivery
- Dispatch within 2 working days of order confirmation, unless another period is agreed in the contract.
- The supplier must have its own delivery within Moscow. Delivery to the ULIGHT warehouse in Khimki (Moscow Region) or to the buyer within Moscow is carried out by the supplier at its own expense.
- Packaging keeps the goods intact in transit; every package is marked with the article number.
- Title and the risk of accidental loss pass to ULIGHT once the goods are accepted at the warehouse.
5. Defects, returns and warranty
- The supplier's warranty is no shorter than the manufacturer's.
- Defects and wrong items found on acceptance or by the buyer are replaced by the supplier, or refunded, within 10 working days; carriage is at the supplier's expense.
- Buyer returns under the Consumer Rights Protection Act are accepted by the supplier on the same grounds and within the same periods.
6. Payments
- The purchase price is paid within 10 banking days of the goods being accepted at the ULIGHT warehouse, unless the contract provides otherwise.
- Amounts for defects, short deliveries and returns are withheld by ULIGHT by offsetting them against the nearest payments.
7. Liability and termination
- The supplier is responsible for the goods matching the declared data, for the legality of their circulation and for trademark rights, and compensates ULIGHT for losses caused by any infringement.
- Failure to fulfil a confirmed order, or inaccurate stock or prices, are grounds for suspending the listing.
- ULIGHT may terminate the partnership unilaterally by notifying the supplier by email.
- ULIGHT may change these terms by notifying the supplier by email at least 10 days in advance.
8. Data and confidentiality
- Personal data of contact persons is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The terms of the contract and the purchase prices are confidential for both parties.
