Its minimalist, modern design makes it invisible in the ceiling, and the recessed light source rules out even the slightest glare. This is not merely a luminaire but a work of art that will bring out the beauty of your space.
Distinctive features
- the housing is made of aircraft-grade aluminium on high-precision computer-controlled (CNC) machines;
- the air circulation systemis designed to cool the luminaire with the smallest possible ceiling void and keeps the LED within the required temperature range;
- a purpose-designed lens gives a perfect luminous flux and a high level of visual comfort;
- a 5-year warranty on the luminaire.
Application
The DOT series is universal and is recommended for flats, country houses, offices, shopping and fitness centres, galleries, boutiques and shops, hotels, cafés and restaurants.
Customisation — wide scope
The considered design of HOKASU luminaires lets us offer you a bespoke solution:
- the housing painted in any RAL colour;
- luminaires fitted with any kind of control system (digital/analogue/DALI/DMX/1-10V);
- an emergency lighting unit for 1 or 3 hours;
Beam angle
The range offers three beam angles: 15°, 24°, 38°, 60°. It shapes the luminous flux over a defined area within which the light will spread. The beam angle is an important parameter when choosing lighting equipment. This parameter lets you tune the accents of light in an interior. In a flat, for instance, a luminaire with the right beam angle lets you set the pool of light so that it falls precisely on the table top. Or to accent a particular group of goods, if the luminaire is installed in a shop. The standard version offers a choice of light colours: extra warm (2700K), daylight white (4000K), warm white (3000K) and cool (5000K). A power supply is included, which rules out any flicker.
DimToWarm technology
The range includes luminaires with DimToWarm technology. A technology that changes the colour temperature of the light with the brightness level. How it works: as the light dims, the colour temperature falls and warm shades appear. And the other way round: as the luminaire brightens, the colour temperature moves towards daylight white. DimToWarm lets the colour temperature be set anywhere between daylight white 4000K and warm 1800K. This makes it possible to set the best light for different tasks — reading, relaxing or working. Because the colour temperature follows the brightness, the light becomes kinder to the eyes and creates a cosy atmosphere.
