A track for a stretch ceiling

The construction has two parts: the embedded channel and the track. Purpose-made grooves in the embedded channel hold the stretch-ceiling membrane easily; the track itself is then fitted into the channel.

The rigid housing lets the track be fitted into large stretch ceilings. The harpoon system is in demand when a lighting system goes into a PVC stretch ceiling. Strengths:

• installation is quick and easy. Any ceiling fitter can handle the system;
• the result is a flat surface of high quality;
• all the mounting parts are hidden, so you can enjoy the design;
• the harpoon fixing can be removed in part or in full;
• the PVC membrane is held securely and neither stretches nor sags in use;
• multi-level constructions of stretch membranes can be built on the harpoon fixing.

The embedded channel makes installing a line of light in a stretch ceiling simple, using a special harpoon. Any ceiling fitter can handle the system.

The embedded channel is supplied in raw finish (raw), and the track in classic black and white. The series comes in several sizes — 625, 1000, 1250, 2000, 2500, 3000, 5000 mm.

HOKASU Track System — a modern answer for building a track lighting system in homes, commercial spaces and offices. When designing the busbar track the three-phase 4TR track the HOKASU engineers took account of the shortcomings of existing systems and created a new answer:

• The thickness and rigidity of the aluminium housing. The profile does not sag under the weight of the track luminaires. You will be able to load the track with as many LED luminaires as you need.


• An excellent contact between the luminaire and the busbar. Thanks to a unique coextrusion technology, flat copper conductors are built into the track. The rectangular section of the conductors rules out a poor contact with the luminaire — no more nudging the luminaire and waiting for it to come on.


• A refined appearance. The insert in the housing comes in the colour of the profile — the line looks even and elegant.

The busbar track is designed for the standard HOKASU suspension system, which allowed the superfluous bends and ribs to be removed from the outer side of the profile — the system turned out handsome from every angle.
