Köy Zekeriyaköy villa

We delivered the lighting for a modern villa in a residential complex Köy Zekeriyaköy, decorated in soft pastel tones with the emphasis on natural materials: wood and stone. The author of the architectural concept is Abdulah Burnaz, whose work combines comfort, aesthetics and functionality.

The main lighting chosen was recessed HOKASU DOT Edgeless luminaires in black. Thanks to the invisible frame and the smooth transition of the housing out of the ceiling, the effect of a "disappearing" light source is created, which gives exceptional visual comfort.

Individual areas are complemented by magnetic track luminaires HOKASU, which made it possible to place accents of light and adapt the lighting to the tasks of each room.

The third floor, with ceilings up to 5 metres high, deserves particular attention. Adjustable luminaires were installed here HOKASU DOT Edgeless Spin 20W, whose design compensates for the slope of the ceiling and aims the light precisely at the required area — exactly as the designer intended.

All the built-in furniture is made of high-quality MDF and matches the architectural style of the house perfectly. The luminaires are integrated into the KNX smart home system and support dimming over the protocol DALI, providing flexible lighting control.
