Track luminaire HOKASU Tube Clip TR2 (20–40W)

Price from 70,02 $ Choose a model

The spare housing makes the luminaire look light and refined in a modern space. We recommend the Tube Clip TR2 series for a flat, a country house, an office, a shopping or fitness centre, a gallery, a boutique or shop, a hotel, a café or a restaurant.

The spare housing makes the luminaire look light and refined in a modern space. The recessed light source and a special lens give a high level of visual comfort and rule out glare.

The luminaire housing is made of aircraft-grade aluminium. The blank is milled on a 5-axis Haas Automation Inc. machining centre. The rear cover of the luminaire is perforated, which cools the power supply and extends the luminaire's life to 15 years. The LED sits on a 5 mm thick aluminium heat sink.

The range offers several housing colours: black (RAL9005) and white (RAL9003). The housing can also be painted in any of the 2000 RAL shades. This makes it possible to complement even the most refined interior.

The standard version offers a choice of light colours: daylight white (4000K) and warm white (3000K). A power supply is included, which rules out any flicker.

Distinctive features

  • the housing is made of aircraft-grade aluminium on high-precision computer-controlled (CNC) machines;
  • a through-flow air circulation system keeps the luminaire and its chip within the required temperature range;
  • a purpose-designed board gives even LED light with high reliability;
  • the luminaire carries a 5-year warranty.

Application

We recommend the Tube series for a flat, a country house, an office, a shopping or fitness centre, a gallery, a boutique or shop, a hotel, a café or a restaurant.

Beam angle

The range offers several beam angles: 10°, 15°, 23°, 24°, 38°, 36°, 60°. This shapes the luminous flux over a defined area within which the light will spread.
The beam angle is an important parameter when choosing lighting equipment. This parameter lets you tune the accents of light in an interior. In a flat, for instance, a luminaire with the right beam angle lets you set the pool of light so that it falls precisely on the table top. Or to accent a particular group of goods, if the luminaire is installed in a shop.

The line includes luminaires with a reflector and with a lens. The main difference lies in the beam angles available:

  • The HOKASU reflector (left) is designed to recall the glitter of a thousand stars and suits accent light perfectly. Luminaires with such optics look stunning and are as comfortable for the eyes as can be. Luminaires with such optics look stunning and are as comfortable for the eyes as can be.
  • The lens, in turn, reaches wider angles (up to 60 degrees) and therefore sits closer to the edge of the housing, which raises the luminaire's glare rating (UGR). Put simply, the light source of such luminaires is more visible, which can be uncomfortable when it crosses the field of view.

Our specialists weigh these factors and choose the right equipment, taking every nuance into account.
