Lighting for a Mercedes car showroom

The showroom lighting was carried out with an emphasis on function and style, using advanced technologies. To create a comfortable and efficient atmosphere in the showroom we used innovative solutions perfectly suited to a car showroom, where lighting must not only illuminate but also bring out the features of the interior.

The PL13 membrane luminaire

One of the main lighting elements was the membrane luminaire PL13. This is a large-format lighting solution with an evenly luminous surface. Thanks to the unique light-diffusing membrane, the luminaire provides soft, even lighting, eliminating pixelation and creating a comfortable atmosphere without harsh shadows. Luminaires like these are ideal for car showrooms, where it is important to highlight the cars and create an impression of modernity and spaciousness.

PL13 luminaires not only serve as the main lighting but also act as a decorative element of the interior. Track luminaires for general lighting

To provide general lighting in the showroom we used track luminaires. This solution allows lighting to be organised flexibly, since the luminaires can be moved along the track, which makes it possible to zone the space and adapt the lighting to different tasks. In a car showroom, where attention often has to be drawn to different objects, such luminaires are ideal, as they are easy to adjust and help highlight every car.

The design process and implementation

We took a thorough approach to designing the lighting for the showroom. We carried out a detailed a lighting calculation, in order to position the luminaires correctly and ensure even lighting throughout the room. We also produced a lighting design that takes into account all the features of the interior and the required illuminance level.

Once the design was ready, we not only manufactured all the luminaires but also provided installation supervision, to guarantee that the lighting system would work at maximum efficiency and match the interior concept flawlessly.
