PIK Group – residential complex Chernyakhovskogo, 19

Lighting of the corridors in the Chernyakhovskogo, 19 residential complex.

Specially for the PIK group of companies we developed a luminaire design that allows modular grid ceilings to be installed without any additional fixing systems – HOKASU 125/75 WALL S. 4 bolts are enough to install the luminaire – that is sufficient to lay up to 3 metres of ceiling panel.

The beam angle has been chosen so as to minimise light spill on the wall and to hide any flaws in the finishing work. When making the luminaire we use LED modules from the Japanese manufacturer HOKASU. The warranty on the product is 5 years.

The luminaire is currently used by architects, designers and builders from leading Russian companies.

The Chernyakhovskogo residential complex is conveniently located – the "Aeroport" metro station is a 10-minute walk away, and the drive to the centre of Moscow takes 15 minutes. The surrounding district has a well-developed infrastructure: within walking distance there are 2 kindergartens, 3 schools and a polyclinic. The well-kept Timiryazevsky park is a good place for walks and active recreation.
