Lighting for the office of the developer OSTROVA

The Za Bor architectural studio has presented a new project for an office building where the office of a development company is located. The building has two floors with a total area of 1500 m². The upper floor is given over to the developer's office, while the ground floor houses the client reception area, the sales department and commercial premises.

For the client-facing part of the office a concept in the company's corporate colours was chosen, which harmoniously supports the brand image. The space includes a reception, workstations and meeting areas separated by tall screens covered with sound-absorbing material. This solution is not only functional but also helps to create a comfortable, modern working atmosphere.

The project uses HOKASU linear luminaires, which integrate beautifully into the overall design and create a stylish, cosy interior. We carried out the lighting calculation, manufactured and installed the luminaires, ensuring a high standard of quality and reliability.
