Estate agency in Moscow

We carried out the lighting for an estate agency office in Moscow, using innovative solutions to create a comfortable working atmosphere. Recessed lines of light act as the general lighting in the spacious room, providing even, soft distribution of light across the whole area.

The project uses the linear luminaires HOKASU 3525 IN — a series of recessed luminaires with a 35 mm wide light aperture. The luminaires are placed randomly around the perimeter, which makes it possible to light every metre of the space and create the right atmosphere.

HOKASU LED modules with a colour temperature of 4000K were used to make the structures, which brings the lighting close to natural daylight, similar to the morning and midday sun.

The lighting concept is aimed at daylight white light, which helps improve concentration and creates a favourable working atmosphere.
