Office in the Subbota residential complex

A Moscow office project in the "Subbota" residential complex by the Mezon apartment studio.
Above the administration desk and the waiting area we will place surface-mounted CUBUS luminaires in black, which will contrast strikingly with the white ceiling.

Perfect colour rendering and a sufficient illuminance level in the reception area – the key to good work by the staff and to visitor comfort.

Specially for the collaboration area we made the modular HOKASU Frame luminaire, which we will install above this small space. The lines of light are fitted with a HOKASU LED module of 4000 K – this lighting solution will achieve a perfect distribution of soft light across the entire work surface.

The interior of the workspace uses mainly wood and brick, – these natural elements harmonise with the overall style and reflect the company's business.

We optimised the office lighting design and developed unique lighting solutions above the workstations.

A reminder: the recommended illuminance values for a workspace are: 500 lux for the desk and 300 lux – for the surrounding area around the desk. The illuminance of the space is no lower than the stated values thanks to the HOKASU S50 linear luminaires arranged at random around the perimeter of the room.
