Space 1 coworking at Kompozitorskaya, 17

We completed the lighting for the Space 1 coworking space in Moscow.
The modern space at Kompozitorskaya, 17 is coming to light! Space 1 – an office solution for fast-growing companies.

Linear and track lighting systems are installed around the perimeter of the office space. Let us start the tour of the project with the two meeting rooms.

Meeting rooms

The first meeting room features linear luminaires HOKASU S50 in white, – the contrasting colour scheme creates a cosy atmosphere for the members of the communities.

The second meeting room has a modern chandelier that gives pleasant diffused light around the perimeter of the room, and along the wall – track luminaires of the series LGD-GERA.

The project authors did their best to design comfortable meeting rooms for more effective business meetings.

The concept of the project: flexibility of layouts and design. Space 1 offices adapt easily to business processes: the number of meeting rooms or private offices can be changed, and the space – branded in the corporate style.

Open-plan work space

An important role is given to the lighting, – linear luminaires are placed around the perimeter of the space HOKASU S50 in white. Contrasting colours underline how modern the solution is, – the idea is carried through into the elements of the interior. For example, the white luminaire housing against a black ceiling creates a cosmic effect.

Lighting is an integral element taken into account when planning a coworking space, and this factor is made up of savings and comfort – things that matter to the company and to its staff. The right light creates visual effects that motivate work and lift the mood, and it also adorns the design.

Kitchen and dining area

The way to the staff's heart: a stylish kitchen and dining area.
HR specialists say that organising corporate catering has a positive effect on the atmosphere within the team and helps to build and maintain the HR brand.

How important is light in this part of the office space?
In choosing the luminaires we were guided not only by the aesthetic side of the question but also by the functional characteristics. The kitchen and dining area of the Moscow coworking space uses combined lighting – general and accent.

The general lighting is provided by spherical pendant luminaires that give pleasant diffused light around the whole perimeter of the room.

The accent lighting is provided by track luminaires of the series LGD-GERA, arranged along the wall and the kitchen units, – the luminaires create unique lighting scenarios.

Creating corporate canteens with pleasant lighting – a demonstration of care for the team. And remember: a well-fed manager will never understand a hungry one.

Corridor

The modern design of the corridor and its competitive advantages were thought through at the very first stage of planning the coworking project. It is here that the staff of fast-growing companies walk before reaching their workplace and starting to put progressive ideas into practice.

In developing the design project the objective features of this inseparable part of the office were taken into account – the rational treatment of the corridor aims to enlarge the cramped space visually and to shape an original image of the coworking space through finishes and lighting.

A track lighting system is installed in the corridor LGD-GERA, running along the entire length of this long room. The system makes it as comfortable as possible for the staff to find their way around.

The distinctive feature of the series LGD-GERA – laconic design and simplicity of form. The absence of superfluous details and the classic monochrome white made it possible to integrate the track system into the modern corridor interior of the Space 1 coworking space.
