A cosy house in the Leningrad Region

Designers Angelina Gladkova and Maksim Salasin from the AMI interior design studio created a functional and eco-friendly country house in the Leningrad Region for a family of three.

"We began work on this project at the beginning of 2020. The clients' main wish was: "To escape the city". They dreamed of a country house not merely as temporary accommodation for weekends and holidays, but as a full-fledged space able to replace their city flat.

The interior had to be restrained, strict, cosy and, above all, — eco-friendly, so we worked mainly with natural materials, — say designers Angelina Gladkova and Maksim Salasin. — Using large-format porcelain stoneware combined with mirror for the fireplace finish, working with natural wood, the installation details and the design of multifunctional built-in furniture — all of this was new and interesting for us".

The HOKASU OneLine magnetic lighting system with light lines of the OneLine LF series is organically placed in the kitchen-dining room and the bedroom. The lighting emphasises the architectural features of the house and its layout.
