Körfez villa

We present a new project by the HOKASU team — the lighting of the modern three-storey Körfez Villa. The architecture of the house is minimalist, with the emphasis on volume, purity of form and natural materials. Our task was to create a lighting concept able to visually widen the space and bring out the character of the interior without lowering the ceiling height.

To solve this task we used the very latest magnetic system HOKASU — OneLine, which combines compactness, versatility and modern design. All the luminaires were chosen in a recessed trimless version, which made it possible to integrate the lighting into the architecture of the space as fully as possible. Thanks to precisely built lighting scenes, every area — be it the living room, a bedroom or a flight of stairs — has gained its own unique mood.

The spaces have visually opened up and become deeper and brighter. At the same time we kept the clean geometry of the ceilings, with no protruding structures or complicated recesses. The lighting control allows the brightness to be adjusted and scenes to be switched on, which makes everyday use comfortable and high-tech.
