Lighting for the "Mosfilmovsky" residential complex by PIK Group

The project: The residential complex "Mosfilmovsky" — is a multifunctional complex being built in a district of prestigious development and well-developed infrastructure. This complex is an example of a modern approach to residential construction, integrating amenities and unique architectural solutions.

Drawing on its experience of working with the "PIK" Group, the ULIGHT team implemented the lighting in a new building in the centre of Moscow, at Mosfilmovskaya 74B. For this project we manufactured linear luminaires, which were installed around the perimeter of the building as lines of light. This solution provided even lighting of the façade and emphasised the modern style of the complex.

Recessed lines of light were also implemented inside the building; we made them using recessed linear luminaires that provide elegant and efficient lighting of the work and living areas.

"Shtab-Kvartira na Mosfilmovskoy" is a 29-storey business-class multifunctional complex with apartments, underground parking, an office centre, restaurants and a retail gallery in the west of Moscow. The original architectural design with curtain-wall glazing fits organically into the historically established fabric of the district. The project's immediate surroundings include the capital's finest residential complexes, which create a comfortable social environment for living.
